About Charter.
Charter is an AI company headquartered in Dubai. We design, build and run AI for businesses, and stay accountable for the results.
Leadership
Charter is led by its founders, a chief executive and a chief technology officer, both based in Dubai.
How we work.
Problem first
We recommend AI only where it is the right answer.
Proven technology
We build on leading AI models and established software.
Measured results
Every result is measured against a baseline agreed before launch.
Commitments
Our commitments to every client.
They apply to every client and every project.
A person is always available
Customers can reach your team at any point, and the AI hands over the full conversation.
Clearly identified as AI
Every assistant tells customers it is an AI.
Only the data the work needs
We keep only the data the work requires. Clinic projects are reviewed against UAE health-data law before going live.
Inbound conversations only
We respond to people who contact your business. We never cold-call or send promotions on your behalf.
Start with the work that costs you most.
In a 20-minute call we'll identify where AI would make the biggest measurable difference to your business, and tell you if it wouldn't. There is no charge and no commitment.
