This site is run by Charterbots AI ("Charter", "we"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your details, email hello@charterbots.com.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call or request a response audit, we collect what you enter: your name, your business name, your industry, the number of locations, your WhatsApp number or email, and anything you add about your work. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the call or audit. If you tick the box for updates, we also use your contact details to send occasional news from Charter.

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your own browser only.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Your request reaches our team by email and is kept in our email and contact records. We keep it only as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any work we do together, then delete it. Ask us at any time and we will delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. They are handled only by our team and by the service providers that run our website and email, and are disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@charterbots.com. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
