What does Charter do?

We learn how your business works, identify work AI can take off your team, and build it. We then run it, monitor it and report every month against an agreed baseline.

How is Charter priced?

Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope first project at a fixed fee, quoted in writing once the scope is agreed. After launch, a monthly fee covers running, monitoring and improving it.

How long does a first project take?

It depends on the scope. We agree the timeline in writing before work begins.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Your team can see every conversation and take over at any point. We review the work, correct mistakes and report what we changed each month.

Where is our data kept?

We keep only the data the work requires. Clinic projects are reviewed against UAE health-data law before going live.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use where they allow it, and tell you up front if they don't.
